Addition and renovations to the three story elementary school. Renovations included a HVAC upgrades, roofing, flooring, playground, ADA upgrades, landscaping and exterior site improvements. The initial phase of the project, including the addition, was completed within nine months of the start of construction. Subsequent work, which included roofing, minor interior renovations, and landscaping and site improvements, was phased over separate summers to minimize disruption of the school year. |
