Campus wide renovations and additions at the 200 acre Newtown Township campus. The multi-year project included upgrades and renovations to over a dozen different buildings, and the construction of three new buildings. Renovation work included roofing telecommunications, doors & windows, HVAC upgrades, interior renovations, pool renovations, site work including paving, fire suppression, and steam transmission lines. Hazardous materials removal at multiple buildings was designed and managed. More than forty five prime construction contracts were awarded and managed. Twenty five professional design contracts were awarded and managed. |
